Service availability, pricing, and product offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service price is required to confirm and hold your appointment at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of any additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the deposit in full, and no refund will be issued.

Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be treated as a no-show, asked to reschedule, and/or charged the full service fee at Candice Simmons – The Art of Skin Health’s discretion, depending on remaining availability that day.

Remaining Balance: Any remaining service balance after the deposit is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please disclose any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or sensitivities before treatment. Active cystic acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, infections, open lesions, or otherwise compromised skin may require treatment modifications or postponement. Certain medications and retinoids may also affect treatment eligibility. All services are customized to protect the health and integrity of your skin, and Candice Simmons – The Art of Skin Health reserves the right to decline, modify, or postpone a treatment if it is determined that proceeding would not be in the client’s best interest.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate health information prior to each appointment. Candice Simmons – The Art of Skin Health is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medications, or treatments received elsewhere.
